Small Group Training 

Join our small group sessions to connect with others, reach your full potential, and achieve your goals! Our program offers focused guidance and progressive drills designed to help you grow every step of the way.

  • Locations: Crossriver HOA Park, Friendship Park

SAQ Summer Camp!

Two evenings a week of high-energy training that mixes drills for quickness, bodyweight workouts for physical strength, and real-game intensity to keep kids in shape and improving during the offseason!

Pricing/Location:

  • $50 - $200 Packages!​
